Introduction
National Sports Scholarships 2015-16 is open for all eligible sports talents from the age of 8 years to the age of 21 years (physically disabled or special students like deaf, blind and Paralympics can also apply).
Criteria and benchmarks are only any individual or team sports and games achievements and participations in any Govt. valid and approved, rural – urban – district – zonal – state – national level sports competitions, championships and meets
How to Apply
For submitting, send applications only by speed post with acknowledgement from any of the post offices in all over India to

For ‘National sports scholarship -2015 -16’ application form, including along with photocopies of sports certificates, copies of proofs of identity-preferably Adhar copy and income-preferably ration card copy, all attested and details of application fee – a copy of e-Money order of Rs.100 for SC/ST/OBC/OEC/ RESERVATION category students, Rs.200 for general students.

National Sports Scholarships - 2015-16 will be announced by after 15th January 2016 after thorough strict possible verifications of all the submitted details of each and every application by the candidates.
Eligible candidates will receive a sum or value of minimum of Rs.6000/- to a maximum of Rs.9000/- for the development of sports along with their regular education and activities. These scholarships will help a lot of parents to promote their talented sports children as they meet a part of their sports expenses by this.
National Sports Scholarships- 2015-16 will receive applications of sports talents from all over India from Aug 30th 2015 till 30th December 2015, in duly filled up application forms along with the institutional details, personal bio data, identity proofs and family details along with copies of their sports achievements, certified and attested by the physical or sports instructor or in charge or head of the institution or principal or head master/ mistress, where they are studying or studied with seals and signatures of the designation and institution.
The final list of selected categories of students will be announced by after 15th January 2016. Applications forms can be downloaded online from our website www.nisd.co.in, if needed, Application forms, application numbers and details will be sending by post or by e-mail by whattsapp or SMS or call to them for any person.
